Tout commence par un mariage. Le leur.
\u00a0Lors des pr\u00e9paratifs de leur union, Nathalie et Antoine se heurtent \u00e0 une difficult\u00e9 : trouver un traiteur africain capable d\u2019offrir une cuisine traditionnelle revisit\u00e9e<\/strong>, \u00e0 la fois \u00e9l\u00e9gante, moderne et festive<\/strong>. Ce qui n\u2019existe pas encore, ils d\u00e9cident de le cr\u00e9er.<\/p>

En 2016, IYENI’S voit le jour. Port\u00e9 par la passion de la cuisine de Nathalie et l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial d\u2019Antoine, le projet se transforme rapidement en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle<\/strong>. Leur vision : faire rayonner la richesse de la gastronomie africaine<\/strong>, en alliant raffinement<\/strong>, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/strong> et sens du d\u00e9tail<\/strong>.<\/p>

Ancienne cadre dans la finance, Nathalie a troqu\u00e9 les chiffres pour les \u00e9pices, guid\u00e9e par sa passion visc\u00e9rale pour la cuisine. Autodidacte et cr\u00e9ative<\/strong>, elle r\u00e9invente les classiques de la gastronomie africaine avec une signature unique : des plats g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, \u00e9l\u00e9gants et pleins d\u2019\u00e2me.<\/p>

Son ambition ? Sublimer les traditions<\/strong> et offrir \u00e0 chaque client un moment de gr\u00e2ce culinaire. Antoine, c\u2019est l\u2019homme de l\u2019ombre… mais sans qui rien ne brille. Visionnaire et rigoureux, il pilote la logistique<\/strong>, l’organisation des op\u00e9rations<\/strong> et veille \u00e0 ce que chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement se d\u00e9roule sans accroc<\/strong>.<\/p>
